Learn more about Addmino and the services we offer.

Through the Addmino platform, we help companies, craft businesses, and associations digitalize their operations — from simple websites to complete business systems for managing work orders, clients, projects, and sales. We build every system modularly, with AI support that automates repetitive tasks and lets you search and analyze your data in natural language.

What We Build

• Websites and web stores — search-engine optimized (SEO), with modules for services, products, news, and contact, plus content editing through online administration.
• Work orders and business management — work order, project, and client tracking, digital on-site signatures, presence and geolocation, automatic PDF documents, travel planning, and payroll with field allowances.
• CRM systems — contact and sales opportunity management, user role control, with customer support via a ticketing system.
• Custom ERP solutions — finance, procurement, sales, and production, tailored to your internal processes.
• Third-party integrations — Njuškalo and the Croatian Court Register (VAT ID lookup) are already integrated, and we can connect to additional APIs for payments, communication, and accounting on request.

AI as Part of Every Solution

We build an AI chatbot into our systems that answers questions directly over your data — work orders, projects, clients, and content — without manual searching. We support the OpenAI and Anthropic AI platforms, with the option to extend to others by agreement.

How We Work

Every project starts with a conversation about your real needs. We don't sell off-the-shelf solutions — we build software tailored to how your business works, with the option to expand as your company grows. The system stays under your control through the online admin panel, without depending on us for everyday content changes.
